The reservation is to be considered successful only after confirmation received by e-mail or telephone by the staff of Podere Bocci.
Booking procedure
1. Send request
Fill in and send the appropriate form to request availability with all the necessary information. Please note that the minimum stay allowed is 3 nights.
2. Wait for confirmation of availability
Podere Bocci staff will respond as soon as possible to any booking request via e-mail, confirming whether or not they are willing to receive guests in the number and dates selected.
3. Payment and booking confirmation
Following the confirmation of availability to welcome guests in the selected period by Podere Bocci, the customer must proceed with the payment of 40% of the total amount by bank transfer.
The rest of the amount will be paid at check-in.
4. Cancellation policies
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will still be retained.
In case of cancellation of the reservation with less than 15 days notice, a penalty of 30% of the remaining amount will be required to be paid by bank transfer.
